On behalf of Board Members and Members of India China Trade Centre (ICTC), Chairman SRC Mr. V. K. Mishra has met Mr. Ashok K. Kantha, Secretary (East), in his South Block office. He has congratulated Mr. Kantha on his appointment as the next Ambassador of India to the People’s Republic of China. Mr. Mishra has briefed him about the bilateral trade issues and other issues related to education exchange between India and China. The balance of trade is heavily in favour of China is a matter of great concern for all. There is a great need for China to open the market for Indian Companies mainly in pharma and Information Technology Sector. Concern of slow investment by Chinese Companies in India has also been discussed. In the education sector the quality of education in medical need to be under regular observation in the larger interest of students itself.
India China Trade Centre is a bilateral trade promotion organization working since more than a decade. Time to time it keep on raising the trade issues on behalf of its members and industry at large and also playing a role in making road map for enhancing bilateral trade with trade balance.
